We provide your customers with an online portal that allows them to select their “Returns” options and generate a label for the shipment to be returned back to a SkyNet In-Country Office. This portal is accessed through a stand-alone “Returns” Webpage.
A number of options are available depending upon country:
- Collection from Home/Work Address
- Deliver to an in-country SkyNet office
- PUDO Point options available
- Free Post Labels available
As soon as the shipment is received into our care and the first scan is generated you have the option to immediately refund your customer.
We will return all shipments back within the given criteria; this is reliant on the consumer returning the goods back to SkyNet within the given timeframe.
